Filet Gourmet – Non-Subscription (One-Time Purchase) Terms
By placing a one-time order with Filet Gourmet, you agree to the following terms regarding payments, selections, deliveries, and cancellations:
1. One-Time Purchase
When you place a non-subscription order, payment is charged immediately and in full at the time of checkout. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
2. Pick-Up or Delivery Date Selection
After payment is confirmed, you must select your preferred pick-up or delivery date from the available options. Date availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Changes and Modifications
Once a pick-up or delivery date has been selected, changes are subject to availability and must be requested before the published cut-off time for that order cycle. Filet Gourmet cannot guarantee modifications after this deadline.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
One-time purchases are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except where required by law or at Filet Gourmet’s sole discretion.
If an order is cancelled by Filet Gourmet due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund or credit will be issued.
5. Payment Failure
If a payment attempt fails, the order will not be confirmed or prepared. You may update your payment information and attempt to place a new order, subject to availability.
6. No Subscription Benefits
Non-subscription purchases do not include:
- Monthly discounts
- Free Monthly Menu Boxes
- Pause options
- Loyalty or long-term promotional benefits reserved for subscribers
7. Authorization
By placing a one-time order, you authorize Filet Gourmet to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your purchase, including applicable taxes and delivery fees.
Disclaimer – Deliveries
By placing an order with Filet Gourmet, you acknowledge and agree that if no one is present at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the delivery company may leave your box in front of your door. Filet Gourmet cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the box once it has been delivered to the specified address.
Disclaimer – Pickups
By selecting in-store pickup, you acknowledge and agree that your order must be collected within seven (7) days of your scheduled pickup date. After this period, Filet Gourmet cannot guarantee product freshness or availability. Unclaimed boxes will not be refunded or replaced.
